Post Mastectomy

Gazebo’s Certified Post-Mastectomy fitters meet each customer with caring and compassion in a private, comfortable space. Our goal is to help you achieve balance and symmetry for every aspect of your lifestyle. We provide expert evaluation and creative solutions to each woman’s unique situation. Our offerings include quality breast prostheses, lumpectomy breast forms, swim and leisure forms, post-surgical and post-mastectomy bras, camisoles, and swimwear. Our seamstress is often able to adapt regular bras and swimsuits to hold a prosthesis. We accept most insurance, and can submit the claim for you in most cases.

Due to the fitting time, paperwork, and privacy required of a post-mastectomy fitting, we ask that you make an appointment for this particular service. We are happy to offer appointments on weekdays from 10-5.

Before you schedule:

Get your doctor’s OK. Typically a fitting can take place once the incision site is completely healed around 6-8 weeks after surgery.

Get a prescription. If we are to bill the insurance company, a prescription for one or two breast forms and post-mastectomy bras is necessary. It can be brought to the appointment, or the doctor can fax it to us at 413-584-0195.
